All deposits paid to Sugar Brown Events are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional monies paid to are non-transferable. All refunds/cancellations must be made in writing and sent to sugarbrowncomedy@gmail.com in order to qualify as having been received. Cancellation requests made 180 days before a Hedonism trip are entitled to a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee per person. Cancellation requests made less than 180 days before a Hedonism trip will receive no refund whatsoever. All scheduled Hedonism trip payments made late are subject to a $50 late fee on the balance that is due. Please pay attention to and note all due dates in order to avoid this fee. Travel insurance is suggested in case you are unable to make the trip or get hurt while on the trip. Most insurance companies require that you purchase insurance the same day you start paying for your trip.
